I am a part time Ph.D.M.Sc. student, am I eligible for the Student Registration fee?
Yes. Any student at the B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. levels either full-time or part-time, in Egypt or abroad is eligible to register at the student fee.
I am a student and I have a paper not a poster accepted. Can I still register at the Student rate?
Each accepted paper must have ONE registration at the full rate in order to be published in the conference proceedings. If any of your co-authors are not students, and if at least one of them registered at the regular fee, then you can register as a student; otherwise, you need to pay full registration.
I have two papers accepted at the conference. Can my registration cover the publications of the two papers?
No. Each full registration covers only the publication of ONE paper in the proceedings. One of your co-authors must pay a full registration for the second paper in order to be published in the proceedings
I am not an ACM member, can I become a member now to register at the ACM membership rate?
Yes. ACM membership can be done at any time as long as it is active at the time of registration.
How can I show my student ID to be able to register as a student?
At the time of the conference, you will be asked to produce your valid up-to-date student ID. If you fail to show your ID at the conference you will be requested to pay the full registration fee.
